General terms of use of the Aromatics Premium Online Store
Please read carefully the conditions described below before placing your order!
Any natural or legal person who intends to make a purchase through the Aromatics Premium Online Store must fill in and confirm the accuracy of the data in the registration form, thereby creating their customer profile.
Account registration:
By registering, the customer acquires a username and password, with which he identifies himself in the Aromatics Premium Online Store.
Expresses his agreement with these General Terms and Conditions for the use of the Aromatics Premium Online Store.
Receives the right to place valid orders for the purchase of goods offered by the Aromatics Premium Online Store, as well as to refuse their execution in the proper manner.
Fulfillment of orders is also allowed without registration, but in this case the customer cannot take advantage of the discounts for registered users.
Prices and characteristics of the goods:
The prices indicated in the online store are final with VAT included.
The main characteristics and prices of the goods are indicated for each product. The cost of delivery is not included in the price of the product, it can be seen in the “Delivery times and prices” section.
Change in prices of goods:
Aromatics Premium online store has the right to change prices at any time without prior notice to users. The user pays the price that was current at the time of placing the order.

.Order:
In the order, the customer indicates the items he wishes to purchase, the delivery address, payment method and contact telephone number. Each valid and accepted order automatically receives a service number, and the customer receives a confirmation at the email indicated by him.
Aromatics Premium online store reserves the right not to fulfill an order placed through the online store if the customer’s data is not valid, if the customer appears in our database as an incorrect user, or if there is no availability of the ordered product. By e-mail or call, the customer is notified of the absence of a given product from the order. The order can be fulfilled even if a certain item is missing, if the customer has expressed a desire for this when placing the order.
Order confirmation is done by email or by phone within the working day.
The customer can refuse or change an order before its confirmation, after which changes to the order cannot be made. In case of cancellation of an order, if the customer has paid an amount by credit or debit card, it will be refunded to the customer’s account.
Delivery times and prices:
Deliveries are made through a courier company throughout Bulgaria to the customer’s door.
Orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days.
If the delivery is delayed for more than 5 working days, you can inform us. by filling out the “complaints and complaints form” by clicking here, and we will send you a 15% discount code as compensation, which you can use on your next order.
Delivery prices apply to all points in the country.

“Aromatics Premium” store is not responsible for delayed deliveries due to the fault of the courier service under force majeure circumstances. Slowdown usually occurs during big sales (Black Friday, Christmas sales, etc.).
Payment :
Payment can be made:
– with cash on delivery to the courier upon delivery of the goods
Additional Trade Discounts:
All our registered customers can use our system for additional trade discounts for regular customers. After each order, the customer receives an individual personal code for an additional discount in his profile, which can be used for the next order.
The code for an individual commercial discount does not apply to goods that are on sale at the time of placing the order!
Package Check on Delivery:
When receiving the goods from the courier, the customer must inspect his order in his presence. The possibility to check the shipment before payment is a service valid for all products offered and supplied by the Aromatics Premium store. The customer must check that he receives exactly what he ordered, inspect the product for signs of impact, scratches and other visible external damage. If he notices that the product is not in good condition, he can refuse the order. If the order is accepted, it means that it was delivered without any comments.
Return of goods and money:
You can cancel the purchase of a product within 14 working days from the date of receipt. In case of refusal, we ask that the goods received by us be stored in a way that did not compromise their quality and safety. The goods must be returned in their original condition, in the packaging in which they are normally commercially available, and with the accompanying documentation. Otherwise, the termination of the contract takes place after negotiating compensation for the reduced consumer properties of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned.
An order shipped to an address must be returned to our central warehouse. Money is refunded by bank transfer within 14 days.
Disputes and Complaints:
Disputes arising from or in connection with the conclusion and execution of distance sales contracts through the Aromatics Premium online store, the parties will make efforts to resolve them in a spirit of understanding and mutual compromises. In the event that no agreement is reached between the two parties, the dispute between them will be resolved by the competent court for the registration of the Company, in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.; Also, the User has the right to turn to the resolution of any disputes to The European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (the ODR Platform), or before the General Conciliation Commission of the Commission for user protection.
